Description: Refurbishment of existing building to provide specialist care facilities for Elysium Healthcare Ltd. This was a D&B project where our in-house designers took on board the employer’s requirements and fully designed all new electrical services including lighting, emergency lighting, sub mains and distribution, general and mechanical power, TV distribution, CCTV, fire alarm intruder alarm, data and nurse call systems. We worked closely with the client’s consultants to achieve a facility which housed consulting rooms, meeting rooms, therapy rooms, offices and reception in the front part of the building which is open to walk-in visitors. The rear of the building which is more secure for residential patients was fitted out with a number of bedrooms, communal lounge, conservatory and kitchen
